Okay Folks,

Here is the skinny on "J Thang," the mascot of
www.jeffmaccora.com.  It is actually a scientifically accurate
portrayal of my Dad doing his famous "point 'n' shake"
dance move.  To accomplish this legendary maneuver follow
these steps:

1. Plant Feet solidly, so that they are unable to move.

2. Extend arm and point index finger.

3. Gyrate buttocks in pronounced smooth motion, preferably
with the beat of music.

4. While gyrating point arm back and forth towards dance
partner(s).  Imagine a somewhat like fencing thrust.  Switch
hands or use both is desired.

5. Remember KEEP FEET PLANTED!!!
